What does the Lugsy Snacks subscription include?

Get ready for 8 weeks of curated snack delights tailored to your preferences, conveniently delivered to your workplace. Plus, after that, we'll help you create a new and exciting snack mix based on your team's taste preferences through a fun survey!

Can I customize my snack preferences in the subscription?

Absolutely! Try our Lugsy Mini Pack for a taste test with your team. Afterward, we'll run a survey to tailor a custom snack mix based on your team's preferences!

What is the billing cycle for the subscription service?

Your first payment covers 4 weeks of snacks. After that, we'll prompt you every 4 weeks for the next delightful round. You choose the delivery: weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks for uninterrupted snacking joy!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! Your satisfaction comes first. If you ever need to pause or bid farewell to your snack adventures, just reach out to our friendly customer care support. We're here to make it as easy as enjoying your favorite snacks!

Can I switch my delivery frequency during the subscription?

Absolutely! Whether you start with weekly deliveries and decide later that bi-weekly suits you better, or vice versa, just let us know. We're flexible and happy to adjust your delivery frequency to match your snacking rhythm!

Currency:

All invoices are issued in Indian Rupees. Any currency conversion fees or charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Invoice Disputes:

Any disputes regarding the invoice must be communicated in writing within [Specify Number] days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance of the invoice.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of Lugsy Snacks and will be processed according to our refund policy.

Ownership of Goods:

Ownership of the goods remains with Lugsy Snacks until full payment is received.

Cancellation and Changes:

Orders once placed can only be canceled or modified with the written consent of Lugsy Snacks and may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.

Failure to pay invoices may result in legal action, and any costs associated with debt collection will be the responsibility of the debtor.
